Warranty & Policies
 
 
  • Jobs or contracts may get completed in faster time than quoted. Dr. Dan's may employ additional staff to expedite jobs in a timely manner. This will be at the company's expense. There will be no reduction in contract price. Dr.Dan's may work longer shifts to complete jobs if necessary.
  • Dr. Dan's may employ such equipment personnel, including subcontractors, as it may deem reasonable and/or necessary to complete the work in a timely manner under the circumstances. All Sub-contractors will be paid by Dr. Dan's Inc.
  • Any additional work authorized by customer will be added to the final contract, as well as initialed on the foreman's contract. Any add-on's will be at an extra price.
  • All work is guaranteed for 30 days. All plants are guaranteed for 30 days. If customer changes composition of final job and/or has the other contractors damage/change/or amend same, warranty is void at this time. Owner neglect/abuse will void warranty at this time.
  • All seeding/sod contracts will come with watering instructions (either by mail or internet) to ensure the success of the contract. If they are not followed, the warranty will be void at this time. Perishable products can only be warranted for 30 days. A fertilizing program is recommended for optimum results
  • All planting/tree contracts will come with watering instructions (either by mail or internet) to ensure the success of the contract.   • All work shall be completed in a professional and workman-like manner. Dr. Dan's wants you to be a satisfied client.

  • Dr. Dan's may reschedule or otherwise adjust to accommodate weather conditions and shall not be held liable for damages or delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • Availability of materials may change from time of contract until time of purchase for use and/or installation. In the event specific materials are no longer available, the parties hereto shall adjust the terms of this contract to include the substituted materials and their costs, as available.
  • Any permits or special fees required for the performance of services shall be at the expense of the customer.
  • Customer must specify in advance and in writing the existence and location of any buried cables, pipes, irrigation equipment, wells, obstructions, etc, in order to avoid damage, injury, and/or additional expense. Customer must indemnify and protect Dr. Dan's, its agents, employees and assigns from all liability and expense regarding such undisclosed or unknown matters.
  • Dr. Dan's Inc. will call MS Utility at 1-800-552-7001 and have all electric, water, gas, phone, cable, and sewage marked prior to any digging.
  • All contracts require a minimum 1/3 deposit to start, 1/3 deposit at halfway point, balance due upon completion. Any extra work will be paid in the same fashion.
  • Payment in full is due when the services are rendered. Unpaid balances and/or overdue amounts shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month from the due date. Customer shall pay all costs of collection or enforcement hereof, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees and court costs. Any returned checks will be assessed a $35 dollar bank fee.
  • Customer has the right to cancel contract via registered letter at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the signed contract.
  • Contracts cancelled before any physical work is performed shall be subject to a 15% cancellation, consultation, planning, scheduling, and preparation fee. This fee will be deducted from the initial deposit.
  • $49.00 service call/consultation fee will be waived upon the receipt of signed contract and deposit.
  • Costs of materials (products, plants, rental equipment, dump fees, etc.) may vary substantially form the time of contract until the time of purchase for use and/or installation. In the event of an increase in cost of materials over that set forth herein, the parties hereto agree to adjust the costs of this contract to include the increased costs or otherwise adjust to accommodate the change.
  • Dr. Dan's now accepts credit cards thru your PayPal account. Just click " send money ", enter the amount and send to Dr. Dan's e-mail address. The payment will be wired to Dr. Dan's Paypal account.
  • Please allow Dr. Dan's company sign to be visibly displayed for 30 days or warranty can become void and not applicable.
